Always verify your calculations and follow proper handling, storage, and safety procedures. ##peptide101#reconstitution#wellness#pep In this video, I walk through a basic example of how to calculate microgram concentrations using a 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. Understanding the math behind reconstitution can help researchers accurately calculate concentrations and syringe measurements.
Do you use the same syringe everytime you’re putting backwater into the pep? No one ever explains if you change out the syringe after inserting the needle into the pep back into the backwater and then back again into the pep

Is the BAC water supposed to be refrigerated as well? And how long does it last? Should it be refrigerated before you reconstitute?

As a nurse I can tell you that you should NOT reinsert the same needle into the BAC Water after pinning it into the peptide. You run the risk of cross contamination. Also, After EVERY pin you re sterilize the vial with alcohol which she did not do. Reason being if the tip of the needle touched the tiniest of drop of the pep she has just introduced that into her sterile bottle of BAC Water. So to avoid this you should do one of two things. 1. Use a different pin all together or 2. When reconstituting use a 3ml syringe so that you can pull the full amount needed.
