IHOP work for 13 years $12 an hour and only got 3 half days off pay every two weeks & her pay check was closed to $4 close to 400 every two weeks and I Hop did does to her

Yes, it happened to me! For years and 8 never found a lawyer that would work wage theft were I am and sadly you are not licensed in PA 😔😔

If you work overnights, Daylight savings is one of the biggest time theft instances of the year. You might have a totally decent employer who has no idea their system is screwing you over.

So I got a question, I'm in Pennsylvania and recently they have cut our hours down on certain jobs and now pretty much all jobs. so we've always gotten paid 1 hour drive time each way to and from the job no matter where we stayed home hotel etc, and on certain jobs we would charge 14.5 hours because 2 hours of driving, then we would be on a well site for minimum 12.5 hours but usual always closer to 12.75 to nearly 13 hours, but then they came out and said we can no longer charge over 14 hours while on a job because when they bid the job they only bid for us getting 14 hours, yeah we were always told we were paid one hour each way, but now they are going back on that saying it's free time they give to us. So many of us are working 14.5/15 hours a day that includes the drive and only getting paid for 14. One of our supervisors even said he has clocked out WHILE on a gas and oil pad just to stay under the 14 hours, and everybody needs to do it to be a team player. but long story short shifts are 12 hours long supposedly, we show up at 5:00, get ready for work, do a shift change to find out anything that happened throughout the day and then we have a safety meeting at 5:30 that lasts anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the company representative then after that we go relieve our guys. so 5:00 to 5:30 is 12 and a half hours and the drive time each way makes it 14 and 1/2. each crew usually does not leave until 5:45 to 6:00 and all that is unpaid but what we was all told when we was started but they are going back on stuff now is it legal?

so i work at a hospital, any extra time worked under an hour is set as call back time it does not show as overtime in the hourly pay i don't know how to explain this better it doesn't look right
