Yeah don’t think we call anything fruit butter in Europe, so prob a US thing, maybe Canada too?🤷🏼♀️also we make jams without pectin and with and without fruit pieces. As far as I can see, the real difference is the caramelization of the fruit sugars..

when I first heard you talk about blueberry butter I thought blueberries mixed with butter and was "yes I wanna see this" and then I watched you make it and I was like "oh of course that makes since lol" I'm also from the Midwest so idk why I didn't think of this first lol...I will be blueberry picking this summer and making my own blueberry butter so THANK YOU!!!
