Mix and set aside.  4) Bread the Chicken - Heat oil in a pan. In a shallow dish, mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings. - Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture. 5) Fry the Chicken - Fry chicken for 5-6 minutes on one side and 3-5 minutes on the other until golden brown and fully cooked.
