since its closing im gonna share a story ill never forget from flight deck, the first time i went there it was with my mom and guy best friends family and we went on flight deck over 20 times at night and screamed the lyrics of i write sins not tragedies while riding it everytime. it was a beautiful experience and i know ill never get to experience it again. of course there will be other roller coasters. but flight deck will always hold a special place in my heart.

my late grandpa lived in san jose and was a carpenter. he helped build the wooden roller coasters at this location!! crazy to see that it’s closing :(
