My dad is a toxicologist and often reminds me that arsenic is natural too.

Ibuprofen was invented in the UK in 1961. So unless her uber driver was a 90-something British man…

This is like when my mom said stinging nettle helped her allergy symptoms, so I tried it. Turns out, I’m also allergic to stinging nettle!! 😅

Who drives Uber "for fun" 😆 and pharmaceutical researchers are very well paid and could easily afford fun ways to spend their free time, not basically driving a taxi.

I’m confused. She said she takes daily allergy medication which isn’t alleviating all of her symptoms. She added this one option and it helped some. Why are you acting like she turned her back on traditional meds and took a placebo?

Weird allergy question! Do you have any advice for dogs with allergies? I know that’s not your forte, but I am trying to help her without breaking the bank! Can’t figure out what causes it. She’s itchy year round. We moved houses and still have the same issue.

the problem is doctors look at us who test things like we are crazy and very little conversation happens in the 15 minutes we get

I'm tired of the natural equals safe conspiracy. tobacco is natural. lead is natural. arsenic is a natural. plenty of deadly things come from our planet.

I have intracranial hypertension. I took dandelion extract because it's supposed to be great diuretic and in theory helps with alleviating the fluid in my brain as well. The problem is it didn't mix well with my ssri and out of nowhere I had SI. Never again will I randomly take a "natural" remedy to help my chronic illnesses. I'll stick with medications that go through my pharmacist thanks.

I wear a mask when I go outside. It helps with the pollen that wants to take me out.

Those 24 hour allergy medications, what happens if you take more than one? Is it more effective? Less? Dangerous?

I take Zyrtec twice a day during my bad allergy times and it works wonders. It only lasts about 12 hours during my spring allergies so now I take it every 12 and feel great!
