CA born and raised, so I’ve always gone to Land. It feels so homey and nostalgic to me! We might be bringing my niece and nephew to World next spring. They will be 4 and 2. I’m doing a bit of research, and completely overwhelmed with just how much there is in Florida! It seems so massive with 4 different parks, compared to the much smaller 2 parks in CA. I’m very excited though, because there are quite a few rides only in World that I want to experience!

I’m so happy this found me! I’m a Kissimmee native that has been a former cast member, and DCP-er. I live on the west coast now. Disneyland just isn’t as homey the way Disney World! I love being able to go to cast connections and having something that feels welcoming. Disneyland was a 1-3 visit for me. Disney World is something I find I can go back too.

I agree with you 1000%! I went to Disneyland for the first time last September and I’ve been going to Disney World since I was two years old. The other difference I noticed is Disneyland has great quick service options. Where is Disney World has a better table dining experiences. Lamplight lounge, however, was amazing I went twice!

I did the DCP back to back at both, and I have to say DLRCP was soooo much better! I grew up only going to Disney world like you, and doing a college program at Disneyland made me completely fall in love with it! I totally get the hype and nostalgia now!

Oh yes agreed queues are often outside in Disneyland I liked that wdw had lots of indoor queues
