@10newsau: A young girl has been rescued after she was spotted dangling from a window ledge above a busy shopping strip in East London. Dramatic footage shows the child clinging to the building as crowds gathered below and emergency services rushed to the scene. Moments later, her grip gave way, but a police officer and a member of the public managed to catch her as she fell.
