I wouldn’t take it. That price for a studio in Brownsville is disturbing. I have a one bedroom in Brooklyn, but my rent is cheaper than that through the housing lottery. I’ve been in it for almost four years but my next place will be the home I own out of state. The apartments are just too small for it to be a forever home. My unit is 500 sq ft.
