Having black hair so miserable if you braid it too much it breaks if you don’t braid it you get single strand knots your hair looks thick when you blow dry it then it’s about six strands when it’s flat iron the wash days are literally a day long it’s too much

Braids are hair extensions PERIODT! A protective style is YOUR hair in a style that you don’t have to maintain. Two strand twist, flat twist, rod set, straw set any style where you’re under the dryer and don’t have to manipulate the hair to style it. Also how did you remove the build up hair ball’s once the braids are removed? Taking random supplements is the advice people are giving however if your hair it’s fine I’ve never known vitamins to change it.
