I had to have my ovaries removed because of mine. It has to do with emotions and trauma definitely start journaling your emotions so your letting them go fully. And maybe do a white candle to clear until you clear the inner wound fully. That’s what I do for my clients. Sending healing🙏🏼🩵

I have and had cysts. Dr would not remove unless they became a size of a golf ball. The pain was worse when I ovulated.

I had the same thing they told me if you have multiple they can twist around each other and cause a lot of pain

I've had them off and on since 10th grade, I'm 28 now. There's nothing you can really do about them, they rupture and go away on their own. I just had one about a month ago, it ruptured and I've been fine since.

I had a ruptured ovarian cyst and it literally brought me to my knees. The pain was worse than childbirth for me. Hoping that’s not what you’re dealing with. ❤️I ended up working with a holistic practitioner after it happened over 5 years ago and haven't had any issues since, so there's hope 🫶✨ Unfortunately, western medicine just tries to deal with it by forcing birth control to try to regulate it, but there is a solution for the root cause.
