I had the same issues and I found it easier to do a urodynamic test which was scary, but give me great results and it was way more accurate in my case

My daughter had to get the urodynamic test done as a young teen, I felt SO BAD because her tech was very good looking and it was just embarrassing. They were able to easily fix her with a quick surgery and she's been good since

So my mom has a ms she has neurogenic bladder disease it makes her bladder not empty all the way and she gets frequent UTIs as well. She got Botox in her bladder. It changed her life.

i have overactive bladder syndrome! it makes me feel like i need to pee all the time even if i don’t and i can’t empty all the way. it helps me if i go pee 2 minutes after peeing the first time to try to empty it all the way even if i don’t feel like i need to

I used to have emptying problems as well, so my dr put me on flomax (which is technically a prostate med I think?) and omg life changing!!

I'm on three meds for my chronic UTIs now as an intermittent catheter user: Generic Hiprex + Vitamin C + D-Mannose capsules (every 12 hours), and gentamicin bladder instillation (nightly). It's so tiring. I don't know why I'm so prone to them compared to other people with neurogenic bladders.
