guys not EVERY hospital requires you to do this, know your rights & procedures for the hospital that you're going to , i'm 38 weeks , planning to use a birthing suite in my hospital as well as labor & push in any position iii believe is comfortable 🙌

Epidurals prevent almost every other position. But historically squatting was the best way when it was just midwives because gravity assisted.

Sitting allows for more monitoring access and can allow for an epidural, it is also easier for the woman as the process can take many hours, standing for all that time can cause distress for the woman. Please take time to do your own research instead of listening to a video online.
