I have a theory: they’re saying they’re water based because it sounds clean and fits their clean girl target, but also seen the love the waterfresh line is getting and wanted a bit of that. Only thinking this because it’s not actually any more water based than anything else, it’s just super thin and sheer. Additionally: this sounds like I’m mad about it 😂 I’m honestly not - they know their target and that’s so fair
