Luteal Phase Energy Balls
* ½ cup sunflower seeds
* ½ cup sesame seeds
* ½ cup almond flour
* ¼ cup collagen peptides
* 2 tbsp cacao powder
* 5 Medjool dates
* ½ cup almond butter
* 2 tbsp filtered water
* 1 tsp vanilla
* Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Grind sunflower and sesame seeds in a food processor until a fine flour forms.
2. Add almond flour, collagen, cacao powder, and dates. Blend until the dates are fully broken down.
3. Add almond butter, vanilla, and sea salt.
4. Mix until a dough ball forms.
5. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough comes together.
6. Roll into 14 to 15 balls and place on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
7. Refrigerate to firm up.
