@devorahjules:This is sad. Narcan is for OVERDOSES! This is not an overdose, he obviously took medatomadine and xylazine, they are HORSE and animal tranquilizers. If you watch a horse, when it’s on tranquilizers it moves around to keep itself stable if it can. This is similar. I’ve seen it hundreds of thousands of times as I work in a drug and alcohol treatment facility in Kensington Philadelphia. To treat this man this way and not just put him directly in cuffs and take him to a HOSPITAL, is wrong.
