but... there are some aspects u have to prepare before getting into a relationship... if you can't even provide someone u love a basic necessity, you're just forcing it. at the end, u know that you're not ready for it. I may seem like a coward, and maybe I am.

same! also I think striving to be the best version of yourself should always be a WIP until the day you stop existing, and the standards we hold ourselves to will grow together, it's quite hard to wait until your best self... and sometimes that best version of yourself requires a leap of faith

I tho think relationships do need some prior preparation to start/be in one. as much as we don't need to be perfect, I'd say we still need to get thru some point/part on our own. cause real life love isn't so giving and considerate, most likely it's fragile and need more healthy interactions/communication which can't be achieved unless you actually are healthy yourself to some extent.
