@seeshots: BEST PIZZA I’VE HAD IN SYDNEY DESPITE A ROCKY START! I think I’ve found the best pizza in Sydney... and I almost left before I ordered it. Service was non existent when I arrived. I needed to self serve the menu, cutlery, water, and it a while to be attended to to be seated, but the owner later explained they were short-staffed. (Anyone looking for a waiter job I’m sure they’ll be happy to speak to you). Once the food arrived (very promptly), everything changed. They’ve brought in @christian_pizza_chef , a pizza chef from Naples, and the Neapolitan-style dough was exactly what you want. Light, airy, slightly chewy, with a beautiful smoky char from the wood-fired oven. I ordered the Gamberi ($29), loaded with prawns, capers and anchovies, and couldn’t resist the seafood pasta ($37) either.
