Based on her reaction, I think Kay liked the food at the end! 😂 backstory ::: we are on a beach trip for a few days, and have been having an amazing time despite all of the rain and bad weather. We have been able to relax and make some amazing memories as a family, and even though we aren’t soaking up the sun on the beach like we thought’d we’d be, we are still finding other ways to have a fun trip! I decided that since there wasn’t much going on, it would be the perfect day to ask Kay out on a date! We haven’t dressed up and gone out to do anything in a while, so I thought it might be something that would be fun for us! I went to Kay who was playing with Ellie, blowing raspberries and making her giggle, and I asked if she wanted to go on a date. She was really excited and was even more so after I said that she should dress in something nice! She went and got a dress on that she hadn’t worn before and we went out to find a place to eat. We walked around and, for some reason, all of the restaurants that we went to wouldn’t let Ellie in. But finally we found one that would let babies be there, and we sat down. It was a really nice place and the food was amazing! Kay really enjoyed the atmosphere and relaxing vibes! After, we drove home and were so tired! 😂 we put Ellie to sleep and then almost immediately went to bed! 😅 it was so nice being able to go out on a date.
