The goal is simple: reduce joint pain, improve mobility, wake up the body, and start the day with positive intentions. I’ve noticed less shoulder pain, less knee pain, and I generally feel more mobile when I get out of bed. This video has changed my life. I woke up feeling so old. I’m 43, about to be 44. I had a gallbladder attack and am trying to recover. I’ve been feeling nauseous and in pain. But after doing these exercises I feel so amazing! I actually started to cry on #3. Thank you !
