@captain_callistus: AVIATION UPDATE: NCAA GROUNDS AIRCRAFT AFTER DELTA ROAD LANDING The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has grounded the privately operated aircraft that made an emergency landing on a roadway near Ogwashi Uku, Delta State, after a missed approach while attempting to land at Asaba Airport. According to preliminary reports, the aircraft landed safely on the road with all four crew members evacuating without injuries. However, the situation took a new turn when the aircraft reportedly departed the scene and returned to Lagos without obtaining the required regulatory approval. The NCAA has described the unauthorized departure as a violation of aviation regulations, placed the flight crew under regulatory review, grounded the aircraft, and suspended the operator's Permit for Non Commercial Flight (PNCF) pending a full investigation. The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) has also been notified as authorities work to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. Thankfully, no lives were lost and no injuries were reported. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS DEVELOPMENT..? SHOULD THE AIRCRAFT HAVE REMAINED ON THE GROUND UNTIL REGULATORY CLEARANCE WAS OBTAINED..? something is not adding up. something seem fishy, they are not telling us something, something is missing, they are hiding something, why will the aircraft return to lagos, why not go to asaba airport instead..?

That aircraft shouldn’t have been allowed to take off. It should have been investigated. If it was to be in Ghana 🇬🇭 that aircraft will not take off
