Dear Future Me, If you’re watching this in October 2030, I hope you’re smiling. Right now, life is full of dreams, uncertainty, prayers, and hope. I’m trying my best, even on the days when it feels like nothing is working out. I hope you made it. I hope you got into the university you dreamed of and are doing well on your journey, built the life you prayed for, and became someone your younger self would be proud of. I hope you’re financially stable, healthy, happy, and surrounded by people who genuinely love you. I hope Mum is healthy, happy, and finally enjoying the peace and comfort she deserves. I pray she’s smiling more and worrying less because all her sacrifices have paid off. If she’s beside you while you’re watching this, give her the biggest hug and tell her, “We made it.” Thank her for never giving up on us. I hope my younger brother is growing into a responsible, kind, and successful young man. I pray he’s happy, protected, and chasing his own dreams with confidence. Always be there for him, no matter how busy life gets. And Dad… I hope we’re still making him proud every single day. Even though he’s no longer here, I hope we’ve honored his memory by becoming strong, kind, and successful. I know he would have wanted nothing but the best for us. Have you traveled?
