There's no point in working anymore as far as I can see after hearing this and also explained in great detail on the Jeremy Vine TV show the other week.He explained in great detail that a normal working person earning a salary of 24k before tax and NI deduction is equivalent to a person who is claiming all the benefits they are entitled to like rent council tax rebate income support child benefit support free dental and eye care and free prescriptions and bus travel and the person who is not working has an extra 40 hours a week to do what they want to do as they don't need to go to work.So to me working doesn't pay anymore but being on benefits does and it's true as I know a lot of people who have stopped working and gone on benefits as taxes are to high and work doesn't pay anymore but being on benefits does and I have just joined them and at 43 that's me done.Happy days
