No - don’t …. Oh it pains me to watch. Why bot eradicate plaque with xylitol and preserve your gum health. This kind of trauma and Ann you may easily end up with Gum Recession in the next 10 years.

Question- I see the comments regarding the bleeding, but I have a different issue. Mine bled in the beginning (normal I am told), but now they do not bleed, but when I spit it is slightly still red. Is that an underlying issue, or am I perhaps just being slightly too rough, or is that normal? For context, my teeth are pretty average, some discoloration, I get cleanings 2x a year, and I brush, floss, mouthwash every night (and mouthwash in the morning, I do not have time sadly for the whole routine)
