The woman, who is in her early 20s, was walking home after work when she was restrained and groped by a stranger. He covered her mouth, repeatedly kissed and touched her, before fleeing the scene. when you are attacked, you will always be panicked. can't blame the victim but walking alone is not safe now for anyone in dark alleys or quiet place. may the pervert be caught and brought to justice. sincerely hope the laws to punish ppl like this is severe because they will repeat this when laws are so loose.
