The fridges at the retail store are not same as the ones in our homes. The one's in the stores are set at a temperature that can keep the meat fresh for longer, but the one's in our homes cannot keep the same temperature as the stores. Which is the reason why most people freeze their meat. There's no way you can buy fresh meat and put it in your refrigerator for 5 days and expect it to remain fresh there's no way.

My guy, the shop does not freeze the meat because so that it is displayed properly and you can clearly see it. Also when they put in on the scale, you need it unfrozen so that the can get proper weight for pricing
