@deadcine: The opening image of Curry Barker’s Obsession sets up so much within such little time- most of it goes right over everyone’s head the first watch through. In earlier versions of the script, the opening image was meant to mirror the bookend ending we have in the film currently. I love both versions, however think the current opening sets up more about bear- his intentions and lack of confidence, and most importantly the premise of Nikki not being all she seems. #filmreview #filmtok #obsession #currybarker
