Hey Uzbek people... why y'all gatekeeping this?! 🇺🇿😂 I stopped by ANJIR Uzbek Halal Cuisine and tried the beef samsa, beef manti, lamb chops, and of course the plov. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and honestly just really well done. The lamb chops were outstanding, and I can definitely see why the plov is considered one of Uzbekistan's signature dishes. The meat was incredibly tender, and the rice was cooked perfectly. If you've never had Uzbek food before, I'd absolutely recommend giving it a try. Receita de peixe assado simples com ervas (cenário de cozinha simples)Ingredientes2 peixes inteiros limpos (aprox. 500 g cada)2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva3 dentes de alho amassados1 colher de chá de sal1 colher de chá de páprica ou pimenta-do-reino1 colher de chá de alecrim ou tomilhoSuco de 1 limão1 cebola média fatiadaModo de preparoLave bem os peixes e seque com papel toalha.Faça cortes leves nas laterais dos peixes para o tempero penetrar melhor.Tempere os peixes com sal, alho amassado, azeite de oliva, páprica, ervas e suco de limão.Espalhe o tempero por toda a superfície e dentro dos peixes.Coloque algumas fatias de cebola dentro dos peixes para adicionar sabor.Deixe marinar por 20 a 30 minutos para absorver os temperos.Preaqueça o forno a 200°C por 10 minutos.Coloque os peixes em uma assadeira untada com azeite ou forrada com papel manteiga.Asse por 25 a 35 minutos ou até a pele ficar dourada e a carne macia.Retire do forno e deixe descansar por alguns minutos antes de servir.Sirva o peixe assado com ervas frescas, azeite de oliva e pão caseiro.
