Complete regret buying this.! ■ The USB-C connection feels loose and weak no matter what device I plug it into. The biggest flaw, though, is the orientation. They moved the charging port to the side to keep the cable out of the way, but because there's no left/right option, following the directional arrow toward the screen forces the cord to stick straight out the right side—right into your hand if you're right-handed! ■ If you try to flip it upside down to get the cord on the left side, the tapered, hill-like shape causes the adapter to sit at an awkward angle in the port. Because it fattens and widens toward the top, plugging it in backwards makes it bulge past the edge of the device, leaving a weird, uneven shelf along the bottom. Worse, flipping it makes the built-in kickstand lean the wrong way, causing your phone to fall forward. So even though a Type-C port technically lets you plug it in either way, doing so ruins the fit, overhangs the phone, and breaks the kickstand completely. On top of all that, it doesn't fit properly with most phone cases on. ■ It definitely should be an option for right or left hand users—not sure why left hand was default. DON'T BUY!
