my bunny who sadly passed two months ago also had one ear up and one down she was 8 and it never changed!

my lil guy is 3? yrs or older and he never figured it out. you can feel how one ear is different than the other when it comes to how it moves / is able to move, it's really cool. sometimes theyre just like that
