I still want to know why magnetic gears aren’t used in more machines. Like, if one utilized magnets appropriately in say an internal combustion engine, wouldn’t you be able to eliminate or at least minimize the need for oil?

I bet there is a way to make them magnets the actual motor instead of the one driving it, lighter and might be more efficient

how much power can it transfer? 💭 I believe it's only applicable to lower power transfer.

un champ magnétique qui se déplace ça crée un champ électrique induit.il faudrait entourer votre engrenage d une bobine pour voir

does that make it frictionless or does the force of the magnets make friction with their magnetic forces?

Don't work if heat is included. Heat weakens magnets. Maybe SmCo magnets, but it is in any way not a realyible system.
