@bydiehuisboervrou: Yesterday, I interviewed my mom. And during our conversation, I found myself thinking about something I've never really considered before. What if she hadn't believed in me? Two years ago, I was unemployed. I had a dream. An opportunity. And absolutely no money to make it happen. So I picked up the phone and asked my mom if I could borrow R20,000. No results. No proof. No successful business. Just belief. And somehow, she saw something in me and said yes. But what if she hadn't? What if she had told me it was too risky? What if she had laughed? What if she had told me to get a "real job"? The truth is, many people are facing exactly that right now. The people closest to you don't always understand your vision. They don't always support your goals. They don't always see what you see. And that's okay. Because sometimes belief has to come from you first. Sometimes you have to back yourself before anyone else does. The people around you don't need to understand your dream today. One day they'll understand it because you built it. Keep going. Keep believing. Keep building. Your future isn't determined by who believes in you. It's determined by whether you believe in yourself.
