Crona’s design in the anime was wayy better than Ohkubo’s(that’s also the case for a lot of other characters) unitl around the middle or right after the baba yaga arc he changed his artstyle to be more like the anime and he started drawing Crona more similar to the anime artstyle

i love atsushi's artstyle. both in soul eater and fire force, he really managed to give off that insane vibe to the characters when needed, which i couldnt see that well in the animes. he can give a gross and odd vibe so easily yet also make very cute and silly panels at the same time
