I worked in a company 2024 up until April 2025. The husband to the company ceo thought I left because he told me on the phone that I am stupid for a mistake one of my junior colleague did because I have told him before I do not accept any form of disrespect from anyone but that was not my reason for leaving. I left because I had build up resentment for towards the company. Why? I found out that my salary and the of the junior colleague was the same rate.i found out from the jr colleague I was really close to. I was heart broken and felt used I really gave my all that even the the so called husband concurred to my marketing skill and openly confess I have tripled the amount previous manager makes for the company during the festive period. Was I wrong to leave?
