3 more jars. 2nd time I've made it and yes i still used regular chili powder but im gonna get the Korean chili powder for next time. This time I used regular cabbage from my garden Thank you sir I love kimchi.

After makes a kimchi : 2-3 days on room temperature and airtight containers and once a day make sure flip over in the container .! Keep in refrigerator for 3-4 weeks
