I went a walk today to my local shops, no walking aids. The knee was fine. A little swelling and puffiness. 6 months on 22nd June since my operation. Still positive.

I know the humidity and rain affects my knee. I am 9 weeks post op TKR. Had 5 day os no pain at all then BAM- 3 days so far of humidity and rain and my knee is throbbing like crazy.
