A fun full body kettlebell workout to do at home in just 30 minutes! I split the workout up into three curcuits that target the entire body. Each circuit has a leg movement including some core activation, a push movement, and a pull movemnt. Complete three rounds of a circuit before moving to the next. Circuit one: • 10 halo to squats • 8 single arm strict press • 15 bent over row Circuit two: • 10 reverse lunge to knee drive • 15 hollow hold chest press • 12 high pulls Circuit three: • 10 split squat jumps (fve each side) • 10 overhead tricep extendions • 10 two handed kneeling curls Do each workout in a circuit back to back to back and then rest 60-90 seconds between rounds!
