My mom never had to work a day in her life and my dad gave her a house a car everything she decided to do her own business at home with him investing in it while taking care of me my dad was always busy was never home so she never lived with him only saw him during weekends and I believe that’s the most beautiful relationship ever

as a single 52 year child free woman who grew up in a chaotic childhood environment, has been married, divorced, lived alone, and had long term relationships, the most peaceful, safety, and freedom I experienced has been living alone. the closest feeling next to that was living with my older sister for a few months.
