@yummy_little_belly: STRAWBERRY BANANA MUFFINS! 🍓🍌 Ingredients (makes 6 muffins) • 2 small ripe bananas (the riper they are, the sweeter the muffins!) • 1 handful of chopped strawberries • 1 large egg • 120g white spelt flour (or plain/wholewheat flour) • 1 heaped tsp baking powder • A handful of chocolate chips (optional) Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F and line a muffin tray with 6 cases. 2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. 3. Add the strawberries and the egg, then mix well. 4. Stir in the flour and baking powder until just combined. 5. Divide the mixture between the muffin cases. Top with chocolate chips if you like. 6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until nicely golden. 7. Let them cool down and buon appetito! 😋 👶🏼 Suitable from 6 months ❄️ Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
