WHEN to vibe code: → Prototypes, MVPs, side projects, hackathons (way faster ✅) → Throwaway scripts + "software for one" → Anything where speed > perfection When NOT to: → Algorithms + systems work you're being graded or interviewed on → Production code with zero review → Anytime you couldn't explain the code if someone asked HOW to actually use it: Write a precise spec, not a vague vibe Read every line it gives you Iterate by refining the prompt, not copy-pasting blindly Test before you trust The students getting hired aren't the ones who vibe code OR the ones who refuse to.
