You skinfluencers could really start explaining that retinol/retinal/vitamin A is not for everybody, especially not young skin. You are marketing this as if it’s a wonder solution and there is no side effects. You have to be extremely careful with those products, especially in combination with a meat heavy diet and the sun.

you are so pretty 💜 but 39 is still young. The skin texture changes a lot when menopause hits :( At 39 my skin looked good by just using a skin care focused on moisture. When I turned 51 menopause started to change my skin. Now I do use an anti aging skin care.
