Replying to @anna 🐌 Your beliefs shape your reality, including your relationship dynamics. My last video clearly triggered some people, which honestly isn’t surprising. When you talk about belief systems shaping the patterns you experience in life, some people hear that as blame instead of what it actually is: empowerment. The point I was making is simple. The beliefs you hold influence how you interpret situations, what you notice, what you tolerate, and the patterns you keep repeating. And this isn’t just a “manifestation” idea. Neuroscience literally shows that our brains look for evidence that confirms what we already believe. That means the narratives we repeat in our heads start shaping how we see the world and how we move through it. And the crazy part is that this applies to every area of life, not just dating. Money. Career. Confidence. Opportunities. Relationships. So when people say things like “there are no good men anymore”, they’re reinforcing a narrative that their brain will keep finding evidence for. Meanwhile someone else with a completely different belief system will experience something completely different. That doesn’t mean people are responsible for every negative experience they’ve ever had. It means our internal narratives play a powerful role in the patterns we keep seeing in our lives. And the empowering part of that idea is that belief systems can change. The beliefs we have today are often the result of conditioning from childhood, culture, media, and past experiences, but they aren’t permanent. If beliefs influence patterns, then changing beliefs can change patterns. That’s the entire idea behind manifestation, mindset work, and identity-based growth. #manifestation #dating #relationships #lawofattraction #lawofassumption
