The stress of waiting for surgery

I did what thinks to be my PCL, 3months I did it and only had my MRI Saturday just gone and it’s paining me waiting for the results because no one, even my doctor fully knows what exactly I’ve done but saying it’s possible PCL or meniscus. I’m 41 now but still play at a very decent standard but I don’t have much time left to miss a whole season which I’m hoping that’s not the case. Will follow your journey brother & you got this 💪🏾

Guyz, I got partial acl tears in my both knees and was in alot of physical and mental pain, guess what they BOTH Healed by itself just with relieving and letting stress go away. its all about fucking cortisol and stress, control it even with medication and believe me your body does magic 🫡🫡🫡

When I was hoping my MRI was more than just inflammation so I didn’t look like a baby…. Then it was full blown ACL haha and I was in denial until after the surgery when he confirmed it was gone 😂
