These types of moves are not one off moves that you teach randomly. 🔥Resistance: 3- 4 light springs or (1 grey Mini/Micro ) 🔥Duration: Starts at a minute 🔥Form/Alignment: Sit on carriage facing the back, with black hard handles in your hands. Hook 1 foot under the strap, other leg extends out to 45°. Torso is slightly hinged back and start with the arms at 90° for the iso bicep hold. 🔥Movement: as you start to hinge back the leg lowers you pause, the arms lift for the upper lift, the arms lower, elbows come in for the pec fly, elbows go back out in line with the shoulders, and then the torso rises up as the leg lifts up. Repeat. Keep the arms at 90° and a neutral spine the whole time. 🔥Pairing: Tailbone Bicep Curl, Tailbone Upper Lift, Tailbone Pec Fly 🔥Tempo: You must go slow, starting at a 4 count but aiming for a 8-10 count! 🔥Mods: adjust springs to change intensity.
