I'm autistic, dolphins are one of my special interests, here's what's actually happening! The dolphin is engaging in a play, and the reason the fin is moving side to side is because they're swimming sideways! You can tell by their huge splash they did, I believe they were spinning! You can also see them blow mist from their blowhole for a moment at the very beginning. Another reason you can tell it's a dolphin swimming sideways is that its fin protruding from the water is floppy, while usually a dorsal fin is more durable! That's my take on this, it really is a dolphin :)
