@compass.acres: The answer is yes!! Most of the time! 🌱 As long as the soil is still loose and healthy, I’ll pull out old roots, bulbs, or rhizomes, sift through it, and break up any clumps. Then I use it as a base layer and top it off with some fresh potting soil before planting. This year’s container recipe has me especially excited! ✨ Supertunia Mini Vista Pink Cloud ✨ Marble Mania coleus ✨ Purple petunias ✨ Alyssum ✨ Gomphrena ✨ Silver Falls dichondra I love combining different heights, textures, and trailing plants to create containers that look full and colorful all season long. Saving soil where I can and creating beautiful combinations? That’s a win-win in my book! What are you planting in your containers this year? 🌸 #compassacres #gardendesign #containerrecipes #diygarden #containergardening
