a short way to put it, sans has very weak attacks but insane speed at which he can damage something for that little bit of damage he does, while asgore has a bit slower attack speed while dealing way more damage while also being a great tanker, if they ever fought asgore would win with pretty much no difficulty

Sans fight is harder because its optional, asgore’s fight is necessary and in the main run you should do first, toby made asgores fight easy because of a gameplay perspective

Well yes that’s the point. sans is the weakest monster, the only reason his fight is difficult is because he doesn’t follow the same rules as everyone else. Getting rid of I frames, karma, avoiding attacks, putting attacks in the menu. sans was never stronger, he just doesn’t play fair

Sans isn't actually aware of timelines, only that something is different and makes that conclusion. It's also in the entire fight that shows you he is incredibly weak. Like in a normal and fair fight, Sans would die to a froggit, but Sans just cheats. It's like bringing a deflated ball to a game of football. Love when ppl actually understandthat about Sans. I hate the missunderstanding that heis powerful. Papyrus is the true most powerful, just unrealised potential and not aware
