@x.hellnokitty.x: Timing my human flag with a twist 🤭 Set a new PR out of pure spite and not by a little 😂 let me explain... About 3 weeks ago I went viral with my "timing my human flag video" I got an 11 sec hold and was super proud! 😍 But I didnt expect all the accusations of me being AI and "slowing down" my video to get an extra 1 or 2 sec 😂 So I thought about a way that I could show its 100% real and this concept was born 🥛💪 I also made sure there were a lot of people in the background so you can clearly see there is no slow down 🫡 Dont get me wrong tho even though I do want to proof a point because I want to defend my hard work over the past 9 years, I also just really really wanted to make this video because its awesome 😂💪 and yes I lose some form at the end but my point is still made 🙂‍↕️ Props to my BF who had to deal with me being a perfectionist, love you ❤️ If youre reading this before watching the full video what do you think my new PR is? 🔥 . #strongwoman #humanflag #calisthenics #gymgirl #womenarestrong
