My favorite recipe for kids eczema! Quick note on the hydrocortisone tip. Perfect for calming a flare, and the 1% cream is fine for adults and kids 2 and up (under 2, check with your doc first). Just keep it short, like a few days, not weeks on end. Skin likes a break. If you find yourself reaching for it all the time, that’s your cue to loop in your doctor for a bigger picture plan. #eczema #philsmypharmacist
