He prayed to whatever was out in the sky watching him that maybe, just maybe, she would think about him and not step onto the train bound to break them apart. the train leaves in 3 minutes hes 3 minutes 15 seconds away. he breaks speed limits, focusing on one and only one mission; to get to her. he wanted desperately to make things right and make sure she wasnt the one who got away, to make sure she knew how much he loved her and to see if she loved him just the same. the train leaves in 1 minute and hes exactly 1 minute away. the closer he gets, the more guilt fills his mind, the more determined he becomes to get to her. she was the love of his life and always was, he never wanted to lose her he never wanted to make her feel like she had to leave, he wanted to make things right no matter what. the train leaves in 15 seconds and he finally arrives. he jumps out of his car and manages to sprint to the station within 10 seconds. he looks for her and finally sees her, but... not alone. she moved on. Five, four, three, two, one. she gets on with the new love of her life. The man was too late, but he didnt react he didnt shed a single tear because he knew she planned this. she planned to break his heard and take his dignity, but no... this just made him stronger it's time to turn over a new page.
